The Farm
The grounds of Espace Old Mill proudly house a thriving market garden meticulously cultivated by Jean-Martin Fortier, a world renowned organic farmer. Alongside our carbon-neutral greenhouse that nurtures vegetables even in winter, our garden yields an abundance of over forty carefully tended vegetables, ensuring a culinary delight for our cherished guests.
🥕Stock up on fresh vegetables every Friday evening from 4 PM to 6 PM at our farm stand.

The farm is open to our guest; you must either purchase a Picnic Basket, have a restaurant reservation or visit the boutique. Please note that the greenhouses are not open to the public.
