The Farm

The Old Mill is proud to showcase a market garden by Jean-Martin Fortier, a world renowned organic grower.

The farm provides veggies for the restaurant all year long. We cultivate more than 45 varieties of vegetables in the gardens and in the 4 season greenhouse.

In the winter, the crops are stored in a cellar, and we overwinter some hardy greens in our electric greenhouse. The planification of the harvests is organised by our head market gardener Angie Warner, with the help of the kitchen team. This unique growing method guarantees fresh produce for the restaurant's guests throughout the year.

We also offer a little market in the summer so that we can provide some fresh produce to our guests.

The farm is open to our guests; you must either have a restaurant reservation or stay at the Inn. Please note that the greenhouses are not open to the public.
