At the Espace Old Mill, we cook first and foremost vegetables and herbs that we grow ourselves on the property. We showcase them with the best of the local ingredients of our region, Brome-Missisquoi. Our team works year round to produce a menu and an experience both seasonal and sustainable. This passion has merited us the Michelin Guide Green Star.
Philosophie
Our mission at Espace Old Mill is to educate and inspire the community about local food independence through an innovative and high-quality culinary experience based on agroecology principles. We value the terroir by promoting knowledge, territorial anchoring, and year-round local sourcing. Moreover, our menu highlights around thirty local producers, contributing to stimulating the economy of the Brome-Missisquoi region.

Join us from Thursday to Sundat from 5:00 PM for a farmer's table for a tasting menu showcasing the delights of our terroir. On Saturdays, reserve your spot at our farmer's table for a tasting menu showcasing the delights of our terroir.
Available as a 5 course set menu for 90$ , we also offer the wine pairing at 65$. There is also the possibility of add-ons depending on availability.
