During reservation processes, we collect the following personal information:

- Credit card number, expiration date and CCV (to guarantee reservations)
During payment at the Espace Old Mill, if paying by card, your debit or credit card information is processed by our payment processor, PayFacto, and no information is stored by Espace Old Mill.
Use of Information
Collected personal information is exclusively used to manage reservations, confirm details, to contact you and to ensure quality service. We do not share this information with third parties unless expressly authorized by the customer or required by law.
Data security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Credit card information is collected and processed by our online credit card processor, Stripe. Name, phone number, and email addresses are collected and stored by our reservation partner, Libro, and are not retained by Espace Old Mill.
Data retention
Personal information is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law.
